Selected one screen when I got Ionic in December..... didn’t like it, bought a new one from the clock face icon the other day......
#1: do you have to buy all clockfaces? Are there free ones?
#2: how I can I retrieve my old original clockFace back again?
#3. I also have set and rebooted to get this new clockFace to work- but keeps reverting to military time. The developer told me to chose the 12 hour option and I have.
and waited and rebooted dozen times.
Many help on any!?!?!?!
THANKS

@Trailrunner2525 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the delayed response.
I'm happy to answer your questions about the Fitbit Ionic.
#1: There are clock faces free of charge for your watch as well as those that require payment. The clock faces developed by Fitbit will be for sure free of charge. You can find between many others the Backdated, Boxy, Cinemagraph, Ace, etc.
You can check if the app requires a payment by going to the app details:
If it doesn't have the above description, it should be free of charge:
#2: To retrieve your old original clock face back it will be necessary searching through the list. You can find instructions to change your clock face on this article.
#3: To change to 12 or 24 hour clock time please follow these steps. If it does keep reverting to military time please let me know which clock face are you having trouble with.
If you have any question, please let me know.
