Hi
Im trying to use the clock face Bitmoji on my Versa 3 however I can't seem to get Snapchat to connect to fitbit.
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled all 3 apps, ive tried clearing cache and even used different browsers. All apps and devices are up to date yet when I log in to Snapchat and allow them to connect it kicks back to the fitbit app and still says to connect Snapchat. When looking to see if the apps are linked it shows they aren't.
Can anyone help? Ive tried looking through the community but no one seems to have this specific issue that I can see.
Thank you

Hello there @heartshapedbox, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
To get the Bitmoji clock face on your watch, follow these steps:
Link your accounts: First, make sure your Bitmoji and Snapchat accounts are linked. You can find instructions in Bitmoji's help article.
Install the clock face:
With your Fitbit nearby, open the Fitbit app.
Tap the Today tab, then the device icon at the top left, then your device image.
Go to Clock Faces > All Clocks.
Use the magnifying glass to search for "Bitmoji" and select it.
Tap Select > Install.
Connect to Snapchat:
After the clock face installs, tap Settings.
In the "Snapchat Connection" section, tap Connect.
Follow the on-screen prompts to log in to Snapchat and link your accounts.
