Text message notifications suddenly stopped. How do I make the text notification work again?

It sounds like your Fitbit is paired and syncing, but you aren't receiving notifications. Let's get that working.
Follow these three steps:
1. Check your phone's settings:
Bluetooth: Make sure it's on.
Do Not Disturb: Turn it off.
Notifications: For apps like Messages and Phone, go to Settings > Notifications and confirm "Allow Notifications" is on.
2. Adjust your Fitbit app settings:
Open the Fitbit app and tap the account icon.
Go to Notifications and turn on the ones you want to receive.
Sync your device.
3. Check your Versa's settings:
On your Versa, press and hold the back button and swipe left to the quick settings screen.
Make sure the Notifications option is turned on.
