Spotify - Connect and Control doesn't work anymore

After doing some digging, it looks like I'm not the only one that can't use the Spotify - Connect and Control app anymore. I'm wondering why the app is still listed in the Fitbit Gallery... Incidentally, it hasn't been updated since 4/29/2021.

Hi @RandallN - depending on your watch, have a look at the built-in Music controls which can manage any music playing on your phone and adjust the volume without having to stop whatever you are using the watch for.

@Guy_ Thank you. I finally did find the Music controls mentioned in another thread, but did waste (too much) time trying to make the seemingly dead Spotify app work.

Over time, updates to Spotify or Fitbit can make the app incompatible. This may explain why some users are no longer able to use it.
