I was on the fitbit site. Downloaded a new watch face. Got a notice that my free watch face trial was up and needed to go to said website and pay!

Now my watch is stuck on the screen say's to get started go to website << fitbit.com/set up >> but I go to the app  and completely set up and the watch is forever stuck on the same screen! Nothing will get it out of that function! And this you don't even care to have a Customer service phone number!

Let me send you  this back to you. You can send me my money back!

you must have installed a 3rd part clock face. Change it to another one, preferably one from Fitbit.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jsauce550! Sorry to hear that your free trial has ended. I'd like to begin by saying that I understand that this is an important topic to you, but I'll remind you that our Community Guidelines ask for civil discourse on these forums. Please refrain from inflammatory posts.

Also, I thank you for the thorough feedback for the Fitbit environment, customer service, platform and devices. This has not gone unnoticed and be sure that I will pass this along. You can always find out phone number by clicking here

We don't want to create frustration in our customers. Fitbit has been designed to provide motivation and help you to reach your daily goals to success. Please know that we provide feedback to our team based on community posts and we are always working on improving our devices and overall environment based on that feedback.

On the other hand, please note that all apps and clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery are free to download. However, some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service (such as Pandora and Deezer) or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). If a developer requires an activation fee, you may see a message in the app or clock face description:

For these apps and clock faces, the developer will process and provide instructions for payment. Many developers use the third party service KiezelPay to accept payment for their app or clock face. For more information, see KiezelPay’s FAQ.

Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa offer several designs for the clock screen. To see your options, open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account icon > your device image > Clock Faces Pick a New Clock.

Note that to update the clock face on your watch, you cannot have more than 38 apps installed.

If you cannot update your clock face, restart Fitbit App/Reinstall Fitbit App/and Restart phone. Also, make sure that your Fitbit Ionic is running firmware version 27.32.10.20. See What's changed in the latest Fitbit OS update?

Hope this clarifies the inconvenience you had. Let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.

This doesn't really help? I've had the same issue although I'm still not able to just change my clock face? Not sure why but when I go to a new clock face it just stays on the download screen without actually downloading anything?
