Ionic firmware v 27.25.16.7
I've restarted my Android Device, confirmed I'm running the latest FitBit App. I've also restarted the Ionic.
I still cannot change faces on my Ionic. Suggestions?

@jhrain Good job troubleshooting before reaching out! Where in the process of loading a new clock face are you stuck on? Are you receiving an error message of any kind?
In the meantime, have you tried logging out/in from the app? Also are you connected via Wi-FI or Cellular signal? I found that when changing clock faces, WI-FI is the best way to go. Keep me updated.

I'm currently using Moment.
I'm connected via WiFi. I've tried changing to Sleek, Gauges, Argyle and Chronograph. The application eventually times out.
I've just tried another Restart of my Device and my Ionic, and experienced the same result.
Mobile Device: Blackberry DTEK60 running Android 6.0.1 and the August 5th, 2017 Patch from Google.

I'm facing the same issue. Super frustrating. When I choose a new clock face it just does not install, time's out itself and freezes the app. Not sure how this device passed the release gate internally with such a basic flaw?

I have never been able to change it. It fails every time.

Ok...so I made a hard reset (hold down all 3 hard keys on the Fitbit till the device resets) and after that I'm able to change the clock face.
But really, the SW sucks. HW is good. Just reminded me of Nokia 🙂

What worked for me was moving to your access point for the Wi-Fi, plugging in the ionic, then attempting to edit clock faces. Hope it helps!
