Unable to delete old Messages

Hi I know that messages should automatically delete after 30 days from my app but this has sent happened for me. I’ve don’t the log off and log back in and they are still there. The oldest one being almost 200 days old. How can I delete them?

Just to clarify, do you mean text messages that you've received on your phone or Fitbit app notifications?

Hi There, Which Fitbit do you have??

I have a Versa and if you scroll to the bottom of the messages there is a CLEAR option. Try That. 🙂

It’s not on my Fitbit it’s the messages I’ve received on the Fitbit app.
