Versa 2 crashes when uploading pictures.

I have had my Versa2 sense August 2020. I have never been able to add a photo of a before and after. I can not take a picture of my scale to show my current weight gain or lose. All I want to do it be able to add some of my pictures.

Are you adding these pictures to your Versa 2? Or to the fitbit app? 

Is it really the tracker that crashes? Or is it the photo app on the Versa 2? 

Which app are you using? I see 3 plausible apps,

 @SunsetRunner 

Sorry for all the questions, but I would like to know how to try and duplicate the error.
