A stupid calculator has appeared on my screen which is preventing stats and I can't remove it. Help

Are you sure it's a calculator? It sounds like it could be the number pad for entry of the security PIN. If you have set up fitbit pay then it automatically enables the PIN. If you think this might be the case then the following help file has more details, including instructions for removing it via your phone:
