I haven’t been able to install apps on my versa 2 lately. When I first got the watch, I didn’t have any issues, but now I do. Not sure how to resolve.

My Fitbit won’t download or install anymore apps. It worked fine for the
first couple of weeks after I received it but unable to install anything
new on it now. I’ve turned it off. Reset it to factory settings. Still
having issues. Please help!

@Lpedersen do you get any error messages?

Is your Versa 2 plugged in, charging, and connected to you home wifi with the phone is connected to the same wifi? Or are you doing all this through BT? Have you tried both ways?

If using only Bluetooth have you tried with the phone connected to WiFi, and again through cellular? Some android phones may fail through WiFi.

What phone do you have? Have you searched these boards with your phone model?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71, when I go to download an app it acts like it's working, but after the bar gets complete, it returns back to the install button.

It is super frustrating and I have tried many different times.
