The sleeping heart rate chart hasn’t been working for over a week now. It’s totally blank. Plus I can’t even go back to see my charts when it was working. They’re blank as well. I paid for Premium service specifically for this feature. Please fix this ASAP.

Many are having the same issue and Fitbit is aware.  Yesterday the Fitbit moderator said...

"Hi everyone! 

Thanks for sharing the phone model and app version that you have. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, I know how important the Premium sleep information is for you. 

Our team is already working towards a resolution and a fix is coming soon. Meanwhile, your patience and understanding is truly appreciated. "
