Wallet not connecting/updating

Anyone having issues with their Wallet app? I recently had to update a card and I can't get the old one off my watch or upload the new one. The app let me add the new card but when I try to see the active cards theough my Fitbit app it says there is a connection error. My watch still shows the wrong card.

It's nice to see you around the Community Forums! After you delete a card from Fitbit Pay, the card is removed from the Wallet and you can no longer use it to make payments with your device. 

Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account > your device image.
  2. Tap the Wallet tile. 
  3. Find the card you want to delete.
  4. Tap Remove Card.

Fitbit.com Dashboard 

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right > your device image.
  3. Click Fitbit Pay.
  4. Click Deactivate Fitbit Pay. Your cards are deleted from Fitbit Pay and can no longer be used to make payments with your device.

Additionally, I'd recommend doing the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your tracker
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
