Weather App on Ionic

I am trying to update the weather app and I have only the Current Location option, no additional city's.  When I try to add a city in the iPhone app, the circle spins and then nothing happens,  It never finds the city I'm trying to add.  I'm using the latest version of the OS and iPhone App,

I've tried resets on both Ionic and phone to no avail.

I've also read the threads and nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

@PEG38 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic's Weather App.

Do you have location services enabled on your phone? Take a look at this helpful article to double check if it is on.

Also, what specific cities are you trying to add to Ionic? When you type them under the Weather App settings on the Fitbit App, what happens (keep loading or just blank screen)? Have you tried looking for other cities or are the ones you trying to add the only ones that doesn't appear?

I had the same issue. I changed my clock to the big weather and low and behold the weather is now showing and I can add cities whereas I couldn’t before.

I reset my Ionic to factory and then applied latest software.

All good now!
