Weather app is showing the wrong location

Versa 2:  Moved back to states, but weather app won’t follow with city. Stuck on Germany

Hi there, @Cillyann. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the weather app. 

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s recommendation.

If the weather doesn't update after trying that, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

Hi @Cillyann - probably best to remove the cities from weather settings  and use current location and sync.

 

Once it's sorted you can add cities again and sync.
