My versa 2 Accu Weather won't display. It keeps telling me that I need to sync my Fitbit. I do this and it still will not display. I like to know what the temperature is outside before I get out for my walks. Please help!! Frustrating

Hi there, @Delada. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be.
If the weather is still not updating after syncing, check the following settings:
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
Hope that helps.

Hi @Delada - if you are referring to the builtin weather app it is possible that cities were specified in the settings - see conditions in How to change temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 2, Versa Lite, Versa

Location is on. Weather still doesn't display. This was an issue with my Versa, too. Weather never worked.

Hi @SunsetRunner - potentially the issue could be because of a previous watch or phone and/or where you are expecting it to show, clock face or weather app.
Make sure that you remove the old watch from your phone's Bluetooth [ or old phone too ].
Logout of the Fitbit app and restart the new watch and new phone [if there is one] to ensure they are talking to each other properly, then follow the various issues in How to change temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 2, Versa Lite, Versa to get it to connect, in particular cities and check all permissions are on.
If it doesn't appear on the clock face (as opposed to weather app) check the clock face permissions and even with the developer.
