Weather app won't update on my Versa 2

Can’t get weather app on right location on my Versa 2.  It’s in the wrong city.  How can I change it?  I

have gone through settings but no help on this subject.

Hi @Jcrut2 - any changes you make in the Fitbit App [Gallery tile => Weather] have to be synced with the watch.

An easy solution may be to remove cities, check permissions and settings and then sync.

Hi there, @Jcrut2. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

If the weather is not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
