Weather on clock face not working - versa 4

All Clock faces - weather temp does not show on front screen.

 

I have an IOS-Apple iPhone, GPS is on, weather works in the weather section - but on every clock face its does not show the weather - rather just a line dash next to it. All my location services are on ALWAYS  - but still zippo. How can I correct this?

Here is a photo of the missing data on the clock face screen. I tried resetting the Versa 4 and reloading the app. Still nothing. Super frustrating. Please help, just got it yesterday.IMG_2715.jpeg

Hi @Texas_Dan - the icon you refer to shows your sleep score, not weather.
