Widget Update Schedule

Does anyone know how often the widget updates on your phone? My widget seems to only update when I open the app, and then it syncs and only the it will reflect the new step total.

@AGsr Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for adding the Fitbit widget to your phone.

The widget should allow you to view your progress toward completing your daily goal directly from your home screen without opening the Fitbit app.

Please make sure you have All-Day Sync and Always Connected options enabled on the Fitbit App:

• Open the Fitbit App.
• Tap your device's image (at the top right corner).
• Under "Sync" enable All-Day Sync.
• Swipe to the bottom of that screen, under "Help" and enable Always Connected.

Check if by doing that the widget will update without opening the app.
