I have tried on both my tablet and my computer and I can't get the app to work when I try to download an app. The app choices come up and then I click one and it starts to load normal and then it's like the loading sign glitches over and over again and I can't get anything to load the same thing happens with clock face too. Help!!!!!

Hello @SunsetRunner you mention that some app will not work and you can not install some app on something.

One thing to note, is that on the computer, you should not be seeing an option to install apps to your unknown tracker.

A tablet is also mentioned but I'm not sure of the model.
