downloading apps on Ace 3

Downloading apps on theapp doesn’t work when I go on the kids you can. I press on clock faces and there is apps on the top of the screen and when I want to download something, there’s only start three things like clock alarm and settings and I wanna download my child exercise and it’s not option. Can I have some help please?

Ace 3 doesn't support any other app other than the few that are installed.
