goal 22 plus three arrow bars

I updated my Versa Lite and now the clock face shows a reading of "goal 22" with three orange arrow symbols pointed up. I can't figure out what this concerns. Right now it read 216. How can it be 216 if the goal is 22?

Those are "Active Zone Minutes".  I expect the update moved the VLite from Active Minutes to Active Zone Minutes, along with changing the heart rate zones, generally making them harder to reach.  By default the AZM goal, based on CDC recommendations I believe, is 150 per week which Fitbit broke down to 22 per day.

If yours reads 216, either you have been very active today, or that is just a temporary glitch from having just switched, that should make more sense tomorrow.

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
