Deezer app error

I received my Sense 10 days ago and since then I am trying to log from the Fitbit app to set my Deezer account on daily basis and I receive always the same message "Uh Oh! there was a problem reaching the server. please try again later".

tried everything, reinstallation, restarting, and last communicated with Customer support and it seems that it is not one of their FAQ, and they will escalate it.

Do anyone suffers from this before and if so, how it was solved.
