weather app not syncing and missing Wi-Fi connection

my new ionic weather app sync only once everytime i remove Bluetooth connection from my phone, restart pc and phone and fitbit app, then weather app sync but just for one or 2 times and stopp again

other problem even i have strong WiFi but iconic miss WiFi connection every time i move 5 m from it

Thanks for stopping by @BEHZADS, hope you're doing great! Note that some apps, such as Weather, require All-Day Sync to be turned on for data to be sent from the Fitbit app to your watch. 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your device image.
  2. Find the option to turn on All-Day Sync

By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which cannot be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.If the weather for your current location doesn’t appear, check that you turned on location services for the Fitbit app.

 

On the other hand, to verify your Wi-Fi network is working correctly, connect another device, such as your phone or computer, to your network. If the device connects successfully, confirm your network type is compatible with your Fitbit watch by reviewing the supported network types in How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network.

 

After you verify the network is compatible, plug your watch into the charger and make sure it’s in range of your Wi-Fi network. For a stronger Wi-Fi connection, move your watch closer to your router. If you still can’t connect to Wi-Fi, complete the steps below based on your issue

Is done and done by still weather app not sync, and when I try to add new place , App just shut done

Thanks for getting back @BEHZADS!  Keep in mind that when changing location and the Weather has not updated in the new location, remind that the phone and Ionic must be syncing for this update to occur. Also, location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app (always on). Robot Very Happy

 

Have you double checked that?

Open the Starbucks app in Ionic, and keep it showing. ( If not, set up a Starbucks Card first. ) And then, Wi-Fi will not drop in Ionic.

I don,t see any Starbucks app either on my Apps or All Apps

Thanks for trying @BEHZADS! I would recommend performing a restart by following these steps. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would unpair the Ionic and set-up again.

 

Please note, we would not recommend performing a Factory Reset at this point.

My ionic has no current location option in the weather app. Any suggestions?
