@Nienke1212 I would recommend buying a band directly from Google, so that you know it will be compatible with your device. There are various styles available in the Google store, but I really like this Hook and Loop Band.

Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately there are only few options and it is not my style.  Do you know somewhere else where i can buy the wristband?

I had a Fitbit before, but it did not work all of a sudden. My husband bought me a new one, charge 5, for Christmas over a year ago. After wearing it for a few months, my forearm was getting more and more sensitive with tingling and throbbing sensations. I did not wear the Fitbit regularly and started wearing it less and less. After over a year of not wearing the Fitbit, I still experience on-and-off very uncomfortable pains in my tissue, which is very concerning.

Well, this is interesting. Did the update for the firmware February 14th. My Sense has been working fine although I have needed to charge more often. Then, this morning, I wake up to this on my wrist.

Does it look like a burn to you? Never had anything like this before.

Hello @pastimz   You image did not post. If you think your battery is getting hot and even think it burned you, you should turn it off right away and stop using it. If it is a burn.

Thank you for your quick reply. Wasn't able to get the pic on my first post and then couldn't get any txt on the pic post, but here's a pic (above) of the questionable area. It is slightly raised possibly with fluid in it and itches---that's when I first even noticed it--the itching, and took off the Sense.

I hope you are OK.

Yep that's a burn.

Contact fitbit support and sent that image.  Looks like the update hasn't worked.  I hope you are OK.

I agree with Tim. Please contact Fitbit support and show them that picture. And please turn off your watch and don't use it. I'm sorry to hear this happened yo you, and sorry your watch is probably completely defective now. Your health (and all of our health) is more important than a watch though, so glad to hear you are not badly burned.

The band gives me a burn or allergic rash. It has never happened before. Does anyone experience this?

My wife's Factory Charge 6 wrist band was causing a severe rash and skin peeling on her wrist, so we just replaced the Factory wrist band with this 100% stainless steel one from Amazon.
