Hi, I have premium on an android phone and tablet and a charge 3. I have not received any insights for weeks when I used receive something most days.
Any ideas what's wrong?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Occasionally, you’ll receive messages based on your Fitbit data giving you insight into different aspects of your health and wellness. These messages may be about general wellness, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep patterns, and more. Note that you may not receive a new insight every day.
I would like you to make sure that your Charge 3 is syncing to your account because the insights that you will receive are based on the data that you're syncing. Please try logging out from your app and log back in and check if you receive insights.
