Beginners Level exercises?

I have knee and foot injuries that I do not want to re-injure myself, and all I see are Medium to Difficult workouts.  I do not think this will work for me if I have to start out with Medium Difficulty.  I got this Fit Bit to see if it would help me, but so far it has only intimidated me into not trying those workouts I am sure I will not be able to complete.  I don’t have exercise equipment, and I cannot get on my knees because of the knee injuries.  I can manage around 4-5000 steps per day around the house.  Can someone tell me if I have chosen the right program?  I am really starting to think I may not be able to do this. I need to start with less strenuous things.

@RuthTolb Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you would like to do easy workouts because of the knee injury.

I would like you to make sure you've done the FitTest and provided your feedback to make sure Coach will show you workouts tailored your level. Once you have given your feedback and chose your program, make sure you're rating every workout you're doing.

Also, you could try going to the workouts page and you'll be able to choose easy workouts. Learn more about it by checking this article.

I'll be around if you have any additional question.

I couldn’t even get through the fit test, it wanted me to do knee pushups. No can do, my knees are approaching needing surgery due to a smash injury from a car accident, and I do not want to complicate that.

@RuthTolb Thanks for getting back.

When you're doing workout sessions, it will show you different workouts. However, if you visit the workouts section, then it will show you workouts that you can choose from: any muscle, any difficulty or any length. Check the screenshot below:

Hope you get well soon. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thank you.  I think maybe this might be too much for me right now.  😞
