I use this feature often on my Ionic. But went to do it this morning and noticed it was missing. I downloaded the fitstar app and saw that 10-minute abs is a premium workout... Do I really need to pay for something that I've been using this whole time?

It's great to have you here @IanRose. The 10 minute abs isn't a premium workout, if you don't have your Coach account linked to your Ionic it will show you the 3 static workouts meaning:

I would recommend to make sure your Coach and Fitbit aren't linked by going to your Dashboard > settings > applications and revoke access to Coach if it's listed there.

I managed to get it working. I had to delete the app from the watch and reinstall it.

I am having a terrible time getting my 10-minute ab workout to show up on my Fitbit Ionic. I've revoked access of Fitbit Coach and that didn't work. I re-installed the Coach app and that didn't work. I reinstalled the Fitbit app and that didn't work.
I used to have a Fitbit Surge but had to replace it because the screen stopped functioning and now have an Ionic and am extremely upset. I just want the 10 minute ab workout.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Have you tried to restart your Fitbit? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? and follow the steps to restart your device. After this, check if you see the 10 minute abs workout.

I restarted my Fitbit by navigating to 'Settings' => 'About' => 'Shutdown'. Then I powered the unit back up.
No change to what I see in the available workouts. I successfully synced the unit before and after restarting.
Fitbit blues continue...

The support team emailed me but their instructions didn't help. I not see that the 10 minute ab workout is still gone.
However, I see that there is a premium 10-minute ab workout in the Coach app.
What is going on? The 10 minute ab workout was never a paid workout on the Blaze and the Ionic was always advertised as having this workout for free.
I am very frustrated by how much trouble I am having. This fitbit is hundreds of dollars and I can't even get the ab workout to show up. This is bad getting worse.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I wanted to rech out and check if you're still experiencing this issue. If you are, please let us know the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support Team so we can check this further. In the meantime, please uninstall the Coach app from your Versa by going to the Fitbit app and tapping on Account > Ionic > Apps > Coach.
After that, restart your Ionic by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and install the Coach app back.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

If so, note that your Fitbit device (Ionic/Versa) will update the exercises in the Coach app for the watch depending on the exercises you have performed in Fitbit Coach and currently it's not possible to keep one of them at all times.

Hi. Is there still no solution for this? The 3 basic workouts on my versa became unavailable after linking my fitbit coach account, which i downloaded out of curiosity.
I dont have a premium subscription to fitbit coach. I have revoked access of fitbit coach to my fitbit account but it doesn’t work.
The 3 personalized workout is still showing on my versa. Just hope to get the 3 Basic workouts back.

This is really disappointing. I am having the exact same problem described above. I downloaded Fitbit coach out of curiosity and now I’ve lost the one workout I used more than any (10-minute abs). I have been trying to get the standard three coach workouts back for over an hour by revoking access from Fitstar by Fitbit, uninstalling coach, reinstalling it, and still nothing but the personalized workout. Is there still no solution to this? I can’t believe there wasn’t a warning that we would lose the three included workouts simply for downloading the coach app.

Just to share that it can be resolved by emailing fitbit support. They'll delete the coach account linked to your fitbit account. Reinstalll the app on the watch and the 3 basic workouts will return.
