Hi,
So about 2 weeks ago I activated the 90 day Premium trial to see what it was like. Since then, I decided to pre-order a Sense 2 which comes with 6 months.
Now it says the 6 month trial needs to be activated within 60 days and it's my understanding you need to wait for an existing premium membership to expire (not just cancel) before activating this.
Given I will likely receive the Sense 2 on 29th Sep and I will still have more than 60 days left on my current 90 day trial, does this mean I wont be able to use the 6 month trial when this expires?

Fitbit Support have confirmed this is indeed the case and I will not be able to use the 6 month trial if I activate the Sense 2 on 29th September. Poor form considering they shove the 90 day trial in your face.
Also given everything else I've read about the Sense 2, I think I'll be cancelling my preorder!
