Just moved account to Google. Now I can't access workouts from iPad or tablet. Only iPhone. Any help appreciated.

@lehall   I haven't switched yet.  So, I'm just trying to think things through and toss out ideas.  Does your Fitbit app on your iPad have the gold circle around your profile picture?  Did you try logging out, then logging back in?  What did you try?

Thoughtful comments! 1)  did try the login/out thing with no luck. 2) no gold circle but neither does my iPhone.  However, I do now notice that while my iPhone has the DISCOVER icon next to COMMUNITY, the iPad and Tablet do not.  I'm wondering if I should have just waited a few weeks while they updated everything.  Premium is OK on the iPhone, but I prefer to set up the larger devices so I can see the instructors.

Thanks for your effort!  If you think of anything else, let me know.  L

Is your Fitbit paired via Bluetooth to your tablet? Some gizmos only allow you to pair to one device at a time.

My experience with my Fitbit is that it will only pair to my phone (Android) or my iPad… not both. Like you, I also prefer the larger screen on the tablet.

@lehall   You need the Discover icon to get to the workouts.  Did you try deleting then re-downloading the app?

@ArcticWX  You're right about the Bluetooth for syncing.  But it isn't an issue just to watch videos.  I do it all the time on my iPad without changing a thing.

Thanks LZ.... alas, when I try to "login with Google", I get the product page.... when I then try to login then to the fitbit premium, it throws me back to the "login with Google" page.  I'm hoping they are just eliminating bugs.  I'm kicking myself for just waiting a couple of months before transitioning.

My wife still uses her Fitbit sign in… she has most of the same glitches with the app that I do. In fairness, the app worked better for her until the last few days. Now she has most of the “Google Sign In” problems as well.

I switched to google login the other day. My Fitbit syncs to my iPad, but I mostly access fitbit on a different larger iPad. I am able to access workouts on the larger iPad. I did check & I can get to workouts from iPhone, and both iPads. Sorry you are having problems.

now if only my Aria Air scale would sync with the app like it did when I had fitbit login.
