Hi myself and my wife have two Fitbit watches, I've the sense and she has the sense 2. I have 4 months left on my premium subscription ( I got 12 months free) and my wife who should have had 6 months has never had a premium membership. When she tried to get her allocated 6 months free membership it just keeps signing her in as me and in turn kicks me out of the premium subscription. We both have each others email accounts of both of our phones. Any help would greatly help.

@TerryCiaraI'm quite sure the problem comes from the fact that your both phones have both accounts and therefore the play store (or app store, not sure about how this work) can't differentiate the accounts properly.
My suggestion would be for your wife to remove momentarily your account from her phone, claim the Fitbit premium subscription and then restore your account.
