I purchased a fitbit as a gift for someone at christmas. I didnt realize that I would be automatically paying for the premium account after the 6 month trial ended. I've been paying since May and feel like I had $70 stolen from me. I called customer support about it and they were very helpful to cancel the account. I feel somewhat mislead when I purchased this product. I'm sure it was in the fine print but I still feel a bit scammed. Is there any way to get my money back?
