Fitbit Bingo is still not syncing with my activity. I tried starting a brand new bingo and not a single step, mile or active minute is syncing. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, etc. Nothing works.

Also my phone and fitbit software are up to date.

Hi there, has this issue been fixed yet? I have done all the troubleshooting miss_meliss listed. Fitbit Bingo is still not syncing.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. In this case, I'd like you to let me know the data that's not syncing to the Get Fit Bingo Challenge and if it's only happening with this challenge or any other. Have you double checked that there isn't any manually logged activity?

I am having a problem with Bingo not syncing with my active minutes on my apo dashboard. Inside Bingo...the active minutes is stuck on 0...but my Fitbit app and watch records 33 minutes for today so far. What is the fix for it please? Thanks
