Hey! New fitbit user here. I'm 6 months postpartum from a twin pregnancy and looking for workouts to ease back into things. Specifically looking for stretching and workouts that will help strengthen my abs again (csection) but that are designed for postpartum as I know a lot of ab workouts can make postpartum ab issues worse. I'm on android and not finding a search function in the workouts to help me with this. Help? Ideas? TIA!

At the moment, there aren't any specific workouts for pregnancy or postpartum. However you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans, users have the opportunity to vote and comment for these ideas.
