App issue - Steps details doesn't appear when we tap on it

What can I do to fix this - I can see how many steps I've done each day, but when I tap on the steps icon, it is a grey screen that looks like it is loading but nothing comes up, so I can't see the detail of how many steps each hour.  I wear a charge 6. Who can help please?
