It sucks how much I have to pay yearly for the app to not work and support team to be of 0 assistance or help. Definitely considering switching to a different health tracker. Anyone have any suggestions

100% agree! It's only gotten worse as they claim to be making improvements. The most recent server outage is utter nonsense.
