Before we try a solution, please keep in mind that your tracker might not record sleep for a few reasons:
Loose fit: If your device is worn too loosely or in a position that prevents a consistent heart-rate reading. For the best results, make sure your device fits snugly, as described in [this help article](link to help article).
Short sleep: If you slept for less than one hour.
Low battery: If the device's battery is critically low.
If those aren't the issue, please try the following:
Restart your device
Adjust the fit: For the next few days, try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand.
