Aug 2022 versa 2 heart rate not working

Everything else works. Have tried the turn off heart rate, restart, turn on heart rate, turn on. Also tried factory reset. Heart rate only working for 2-3 hrs and stops. Not finding out getting  answers. Heart rate is a top reason I use the device. If there is an update, please advise.

It might be something,I set mine up through the fitbit app.You might go to
feed back describe your situation I've have got alot answers like that.Also
when you go to your settings, your profile go to your device click it go
click gallery it will, take you to all your apps on your watch there are
all the faces that's on your watch,and there's a good one just for your
Heart ❤️ most of them are free.God bless you and If don't get there let me
know.
