Beginner running program not logging workouts

Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem. I am on the beginner running workout and no workouts are logging so I can’t move to week 2 workouts. Please help.

@ClaireH21 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

 

I would like you to make sure you're exercising in the day and schedule set when you created the Guided Program. 

 

If you're but your workouts aren't counting in this Guided Program, please log out, force quit the app and always make sure to have the latest app version installed.

Hello,

 

I've started the guided program beginner to bodyweight but it doesn't count every workout I do. I accessed the week 2 workout directly from my home screen, completed the workout and go to see it didn't count it? What's going on?

I appreciate the details mentioned. I've merged your post here because it seems you're experiencing the same. 

 

These workouts will count in the Guided Program but you need to exercise in the days and schedule set when you sign up. Can you confirm you're working out in the schedule programmed?

It never asked me to select a schedule nor do I see any schedule. It only asked me to put in a daily workout time reminder. If it asks for 3 workouts per week is it every other day?

@KaitlinJewer Thank you for getting back.

When you set the Guided Program it asked you to set a reminder as you mentioned for the time where you wanted to exercise. Can you confirm that the workout that you're doing is from Fitbit Coach? If it's then please uninstall Fitbit Coach and try working out again.

Hi there, the issue is still there. I workout on the day and now around the time I have set the reminder and it still won’t log. I have also tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling both the Fitbit and Fitbit coach apps and it isn’t working. I have even tried swapping from outdoor run to treadmill run workout.

Hello,

 

I have tried all of this and it still hasn't logged my run from yesterday! I only installed the app last week so it should be the latest update & logging out/restarting the app didn't fix anything. 😞

I have also confirmed one of my scheduled workout days was yesterday so it should have logged
