First time user, charged for the Premium trial

I opted in for the three months of three trial of Premium, and yet I have been charged immediately and it is due to charge me again next month though I have cancelled this. Has anybody else has this? Is there a way I can get my money back?

I appreciate the troubleshooting followed prior to posting. Since you're new to Fitbit Premium but you were still charged. I was able to see that you contacted our Support team, I've updated your case details, please expect a reply from them soon.
