As premium isn't working, even after talking to moderators I won't be spending the monthly fee . Most disappointed as since last update from purchase last year none of the premium extras work

The heartbeat monitor is not working, the sleep monitor is not logged unless I do manually
None of the body temperature or oxygen saturation is collecting data.

@Darrylmd Thank you for getting back.
I'd like you to double check that your heart rate is turned on in your Settings app.
In regards to the sleep data not logged, make sure you're only wearing your tracker to bed, your Charge 4 will automatically track your sleep. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
In regards to the body temperature and oxygen saturation data not displaying on your app, subscribe to the main thread. Although this issue should be resolved now.
