I purchased a new charge 5 just a few days ago and the 6 month free premium trial was not available to me. I’m a returning user from well over a year ago but I’m only given the option to pay immediately for access. Support is aware if this but have not gotten back to me. My customer service experience has been quite awful to this point. I’d really like to get some help with this.
