Unable to view Premium sleep data

I have had Fitbit premium for about two weeks and can not access any of the premium sections on the app. I’m interested in the sleep analytics, but the page just takes for ever to load and then goes back to the app’s home page. I’ve logged out and back I again, this didn’t seem to make a difference.

I have the inspire and latest IOS on iPhone

@PollyMa Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

Keep in mind that the Premium sleep data will be shown in the sleep tile then you'll get an analysis of sleep duration, sleeping heart rate & restlessness. Please try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit the app 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in

If I remove app and re-install will my data still be there
