I have the Fitbit App of course and I have the Coach app. I rarely open the couch app. I clicked on “Discover” and found a workout called “The Gratitude Walk” and gave it a shot. It said it was a 35 minute 250 Calorie workout. I completed the walk and in fact jogged some portions as I wanted to go a bit further and higher intensity.
At the end, it asked me if I wanted to log the workout and I said yes. I went under exercise To see what it looked like once logged. It had the times exact. It only credited me 134 calories? I thought when I hit the log workout, it would list it as “Gratitude Walk” completed or something. It didn’t even know what kind of workout I did? Something doesn’t seem right. It just looked like a normal walk that had much lower calorie count than my normal daily walks of the same amount of time.

@rsgreco11 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate that you mentioned the name of the workout that you did. This workout belongs to Fitbit Premium and when you log the session, it will show under the Exercise tile with the "Workout" name instead of "Gratitude Walk", the calories burned will be tracked using your personal information entered in your Fitbit account and the data tracked by your Fitbit if you're wearing it.
The 250 calories that shows up at the beginning of the workout, are just an estimate but it might change depending on the intensity and your personal information entered.
As always please make sure that you're wearing your Fitbit properly and that your information is properly entered in your Dashboard.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@rsgreco11 Thank you for getting back.
In this case, I would like you to log out, force quit the app then log back in and try exercising again with a Premium audio workout, this time make sure you're wearing your Fitbit properly and let me know the results. Since you're viewing the Premium exercise on the Fitbit app, there's no need to start the exercise on your tracker/watch just wear it.
Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions!

How do you play the premium workouts without using data? When Fitbit Coach was around you could download the session and then play it. Hoping that the premium workouts will have this feature. So far, I have not had any luck.

@MJD1981 Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned.
Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. Currently, this option isn't available in Premium workouts. However, you may want to vote and comment on this idea, they are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
Hope this helps.
