Hello, my name is Billye. My children bought me my first Fitbit around 2012 and I've been replacing them every since. Right now I am really upset. I replaced my Fitbit in July 2020. I was automatically signed up for Fitbit premium for $9.99 per month. I would never pay $9.99 for something and never use it. They refuse to refund me my money!! I will be raising hell until they do. I hate being cheated. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem, check your bank statement for Apple charges !! I was closing an account and saw these charges this is how I found out.

I am sorry for the problems you are having. If you mean business, call your bank and tell them that you did not authorize the charges,
They have your authority to have this done… let me know…

I was being billed through Apple, so the Fitbit charges were included in the payment of any other Apple charges I made. I never saw a charge on my credit card from Fitbit. Apple walked me through the process so I could see the actual charges. I contacted my bank and they reverse the charges however the other charges were reversed as well. Because I'm fighting these charges and they were reversed I will not be able to use my Apple ID until it's resolved. I should be ok, I can't think of any Apps I need.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know about what you had to do in order to remove the charges @FloridaLife.
Hopefully, you'll be able to use your Apple ID soon and get everything resolved.

I'm so frustrated with Fitbit after this one breaks I will get a different brand so I don't want to join discussion etc boards. To quietly offer a premium plan having the customer have to cancel is very sneaky. You don't see the charges because they're made via Apple Pay which is a sum of all your purchases so you don't see individual charges. We're talking $110 I get very upset when I'm cheated!! I'm no longer a fan of Fitbit.
