We have been trying to cancel Fitbit premium with out any luck. Google Play shows no subscriptions. The only place that shows I even have a subscription is at Fitbit.com, but there is no option to update or cancel Fitbit premium on the site. We have call the call centers and that was a joke. Even had one guy call me a Karen and hang up. I have seen other threads on people not being able to cancel Fitbit premium as well. But Fitbit has shut down those thread and you can not comment. This is extremely frustrating.

I was finally able to cancel my Premium subscription! In my Google account I selected Payments & Subscriptions. I found FitBit under My Subscriptions and selected Manage Subscriptions below all my other subscriptions. There I was able to cancel it! Hope this helps someone else who's been at least as frustrated as I have been.

Since you have already contacted support, my best advice is to keep an open conversation with them. This is the best way to get this resolved. Despite I'd like to offer a little suggestion, when you go to check your subscription with Google Play, you need to make sure that you are checking the subscription under the same email you have linked to your Fitbit account.
If that is the case, please contact Google Play support for further assistance.

Same problem but I have an iPhone. The subscription seems to have been made via Apple. How do I cancel using my iPhone?

Please take in mind that in some cases it requires additional steps to get the subscription cancelled. I found these instructions on the Apple help site to cancel the subscription. Please follow them and if that doesn't work, I suggest contacting them to make it easier.
