Greetings,

I followed the instructions and there is NO subscription in my list of subscriptions for Fitbit yet I keep getting charged $10 each month. It won't let me upload an image so I can't show you that I'm being charged and I have no subscription. HELP

I am seeing the same issue. When I try to go to "Manage Subscriptions", it redirects me to the Google play subscription service, which is not where I obtained the subscription (through the initial free trial) and does not exist through the play store. I would love to cancel it as soon as I have the ability to, but I suppose you will just milk customers of money until then.
