I don't want fitbit premium and I can't cancel it because it isn't in my purchases. But every month I get charged. Am I going to have to cancel my credit card? Every month I try and get rid of it to no avail. This has been for months. I'm so over it. Please help

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

Already had tried this, the purchase is NOT showing up in my subscriptions, Even when I try and go to it from the latest fitbit receipt that is sent from my email. Kind of sad that I have to keep paying every month for something I don't want. Think my only choice is to cancel my credit card, which is a complete pain. Again, so over fitbit!

Why is this saying this is solved and this is the best answer? This hasn't been solved and the answer doesn't help me as I has already done everything you posted, that is why I said :it can't be cancelled, because the purchase isn't there".

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

The number for the US (877)623-4997 is NOT Fitbit… called it and they said they get calls for Fitbit ALL THE TIME! So what is the right number??? Because this is the number you have plastered all over the place!!!
