I have just bought my first Fitbit and started the free trial period for Premium but I can't see all features. I gave my creditcard information and I can se all the modules but when I try to access some features inside them I get to the page requesting me to try the Premium and fill in my creditcard information which I already have done. What is the problem here? How can I solve it? It semester impossible to get in contact with Fitbit.

Hi, @Sinivanni123 you could try “restore purchases” to see if that helps. In your app from the opening screen click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the Account screen, then scroll down to find “Account Settings”. At the bottom of the screen you will see Restore Purchases. Try clicking on that and see if that solves your issue.
