Hi, There I bought my wife a charge 2 at Fitbit.com 3 months ago and recently been charged for Fitbit premium, which I never agreed too? I have followed all the instruction to cancel - via support as I bought her watch at Fitbit.com but get taken back to community support!!!!!
Can someone please tell me how to cancel this subscription which my wife has never used and does not want. This very unprofessional from Fitbit - as a global company you should make it easier to either subscribe or cancel Fitbit Premium.

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "
