Hello.
When I purchased my Fitbit I got a free trial of premium. Brilliant.
I knew I wouldn't want to pay, so made a note on my calendar to cancel it. That date is the 12th.
I thought it would be easy to cancel. It isn't.
Been on Google play. Theres no subscription listed. Been in the Fitbit app. It's useless and sends me straight to Google play. Which again, doesn't have it listed. Been on fitbit.com and there's no where obvious there to cancel it. Been on fitbit.com and there's no easy way to contact a PERSON to get this sorted and cancelled before I'm charged.
Please, please please. It shouldn't be this hard.

Here are the instructions for canceling:
1 - In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
2 - Scroll down and tap Account Settings.
3 - Then tap Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
4 - Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription.

I get to part 3. Then it takes me to a window where there are NO listed subscriptions.

Could you have already cancelled?
